Saturday and Sunday, November 8-9, 2025. This is for a standard 10x10 booth. A tent is required. If you need additional rentals, please return to the registration page and add them to your cart before you check out.

Please note this venue is outdoors. Vendors must be available both Saturday and Sunday. Vendors are encouraged to load-out all product and only leave large displays/tent/tables onsite overnight. If you are leaving your tent up overnight, tents walls are required. You may leave your tent walls off during the market but will need to add them when leaving your tent overnight. All vendors will be required to sign a liability waiver if leaving setup overnight. Overnight security is provided at the venue but Crafty Bastards/FW Publishing will not be held liable for any damaged or stolen goods. In the case that severe weather or winds are forecasted overnight, vendors may be required to fully load-out on Saturday night and we will communicate that as close to the event as possible so vendors can make loading arrangements with as much notice as possible.

All events are "rain or shine" unless otherwise stipulated. If the event is rescheduled due to factors outside of our control, i.e. dangerous weather conditions, Acts of God, or any other unforeseen reason, the event organizers will reschedule the event and the Vendor will be included at no additional cost. If a reschedule is not possible and/or the event is cancelled due to factors outside of our control, i.e. dangerous weather conditions, Acts of God, or any other unforeseen reason, the Vendor is still responsible for paying all associated participation costs previously agreed upon without a refund, however the event organizers will work with the Vendor to find a mutually agreeable solution as a make-good for the event's cancellation.
