Be a Craft Vendor

Interested in being a Crafty vendor? You’re in the right place! We host a spring and fall fair in Nashville. We have an application process with jurors selecting the final vendors to ensure both quality and product diversity. We do this to build greater attendance, better shopping experience for attendees, and boosted sales for each individual vendor.

Process

Applications are $20 and non-refundable. When applications conclude, our jury will select vendors from the list of applicants to participate in the fair. We’ll then notify all vendors, with special notes going to those who have been accepted or wait-listed. If an accepted vendor backs out, we’ll open up their position to a vendor on the wait-list. Registration is $350 for both days of the fair. You’ll have the option to order rentals for your booth. Exact dates are listed below.

Our Food category is for goods intended to be consumed at home.
If you are interested in being a food truck for goods consumed onsite, please email Olivia at Omoye@fwpublishing.com.

Please note that we cannot accept any CBD vendors at this time.

Have questions about being a vendor? We have answers.
